I encourage you to approach your manager or directly contact your Human Resources Business Partner if you have any concerns, suspect policy violations, or observe behaviors that contradict our values.
In situations where discussing a concern with your manager or HRBP may be challenging, we encourage you to use the Novolex Ethics and Compliance Hotline where your concerns will be treated confidentially. We believe it is everyone’s duty to speak up, and we have a strict policy against retaliation to protect those who raise concerns in good faith.
